Great hot pot experience! The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The broth was flavorful, the service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our meal. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!

Fantastic hot pot experience! The split pot was amazing—the spicy broth was rich and aromatic, while the golden broth was incredibly savory. The beef meatballs had a great bouncy texture, and the quail eggs were perfectly tender. I also really loved the retro vibe of the 'Double Happiness' tableware. The complimentary ice jelly and fresh oranges at the end were the perfect refreshing touch to cut the richness of the meal. Great service too, will definitely be coming back

Had a great experience at Xi Hot Pot. The broth was rich and flavorful, especially the spicy soup base which had the perfect balance of heat and aroma. The ingredients were fresh, from the beef and tripe to the mushrooms and vegetables, and everything tasted great after a quick dip in the broth. The service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere made it a perfect spot to enjoy hot pot with friends and family. Definitely one of the better hot pot places I’ve been to in the Bay Area. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I also love how customizable everything is; you can go all-out spicy or keep it light and comforting. Sitting around a bubbling pot, sharing food and stories, makes the whole experience feel deeply Chinese in the best way — cozy, lively, and full of heart.
